Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 July 2026

This policy explains how ACOLA LTDA. ("we", "us") handles personal data when you visit adrianocola.com. It is written to meet the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, Law No. 13.709/2018, "LGPD") and, for visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").

Who is responsible

ACOLA LTDA., a company registered in Brazil, is the controller (controlador) of the personal data described here. You can reach us about anything in this policy, including requests to exercise your rights, at .

What we collect

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not sell anything on this website, so we collect no names, addresses or payment details here. We do collect the following automatically:

We do not collect sensitive personal data (dados pessoais sensíveis) through this website, and the site is not directed at children or adolescents.

Why we process it, and on what basis

We process this data for one purpose: to understand how our website is used so we can improve it, and to keep it secure and available.

Under the LGPD we rely on our legitimate interests (Art. 7, IX) for analytics, and on compliance with legal obligations and the regular exercise of rights (Art. 7, II and VI) for security logs. Under the GDPR we rely on legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)). Where local law requires consent for analytics cookies, we process analytics data only on that basis, and you may decline without losing access to any part of this site.

Who we share it with

Analytics and hosting data are processed on our behalf by Google LLC and its affiliates, acting as our operators (operadores) and processors. This means your data may be transferred to and stored on servers outside Brazil, including in the United States. Google provides contractual safeguards for these international transfers, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

How long we keep it

Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics, which is at most 14 months. Server logs are retained for a short period as determined by our hosting provider. We delete or anonymise personal data once the purpose above no longer requires it.

Your rights

Under LGPD Art. 18 you have the right to confirm that we process your data and to access it, to correct incomplete or outdated data, to request its anonymisation, blocking or deletion, to request portability, to be told with whom we have shared it, to be informed of the consequences of refusing consent, and to withdraw consent. Visitors covered by the GDPR have equivalent rights, including the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests.

To exercise any of these, email . We will respond within the periods set by applicable law. You also have the right to complain to Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) or, in Europe, to your local supervisory authority.

You can block analytics at the browser level at any time, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. We apply technical and administrative measures appropriate to the limited data we handle, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
