WE BUILD STUFF
ACOLA LTDA. is a software company registered in Brazil. We design and build websites, mobile applications, and the backend systems behind them, for our own products and for our clients.
What we do
Web applications
We take a web product from the first sketch to production. This covers the interface, the API, the database, and the hosting. We work on new products and on systems that are already live.
Mobile applications
We build applications for iOS and Android. We also handle the release to the App Store and to Google Play, and the updates that follow it.
Backend and infrastructure
We build APIs and cloud infrastructure, mostly on Google Cloud and Firebase. We add monitoring and alerts, so that a failure is found before a user reports it.
How we build it
We keep the toolset small, so that a project stays easy to maintain after it is delivered.
- Applications. TypeScript on the web, and native applications for iOS and Android.
- Backend. Node.js APIs on Google Cloud and Firebase, with Firestore for data.
- Operations. Automated monitoring on every service we run, with alerts by email when a check fails.
Products
Spyfall
Our own product. Spyfall is a social deduction party game that you play in the browser with friends. It is free, and it does not need an account or an installation.
